V0.1 A currently in-development mod that adds various new unmarked quests and weapons along with a non-canon story line on how the Lone Wanderer was part of something much larger than Vault-101's isolation experiment. This idea was inspired by the SCP Foundation website and the lack of such related mods here on the Nexus. So far, the plot follows the Lone Wanderer (dubbed 'SCP-101' by the Enclave) and the corrupt remains of the SCP (Secure, Contain, Protect) protocol, a government corporate specializing in the containment of anomalous entities, which was dissolved into the Enclave upon President Richardson's election. MTF-007-B, a sleeper agent holed up in Megaton, is sent a memo of SCP-101 escaping their respective vault and sets out to carry out re-containment.
In the future, The plot will expand to include other sleeper agents, Foundation staff, other subjects and wasteland witnesses along with a variety of new weapons/armor and events. Until then, the below is all that is included. Rather than listing all the content here on the mod page, I'll give a vague description of what's added here so the encounters flow more with the gameplay when they're scattered amongst the wasteland. If you want the locations and a more detailed descriptions, I'll add it to the readme of the mod. So far, v0.1 adds the following to the game: • Diary of MTF-007-B, an enclave sleeper agent tasked with re-containment of SCP-101 gone rouge. He spends a lot of time hungover in the Megaton bathroom.
• The Containment Pylon, a device originally developed to contain SCP-101, ironically ending up as one of their most useful weapons. The device has been re-purposed as a melee weapon, capable of draining an opponents strength, endurance, health and even being able to knock them down if their armor or health is low enough. Serial numbers mentioned (such as SCP-101) are unrelated to any content in the existing SCP Foundation, this mod is simply a side of what the Foundation could have become once the Great War started. If you must imagine it as an alternate version of the corporate then do so.
